About Vixxenn
Who we are
Vixxenn is a research-based publication for women’s natural wellness — supplements, hormones, beauty-from-within, and everyday self-care. We read the ingredient labels, check the published research behind the claims, and read through the public reviews other people have already left — then write what the evidence actually supports, including when it’s thin, mixed, or doesn’t back up a product’s marketing.
We do not buy, use, or first-hand test the products we write about. Our reviews are research-based: sourced from public product information, independent published research, and aggregated public reviews — not personal experience. Where a claim in a Vixxenn post would require first-hand testing to back up, we don’t make that claim.
Vixxenn started as a numerology and spiritual-meaning site. We haven’t erased that — our spiritual-wellness content lives on as one pillar of what we cover, re-framed as part of a broader wellness practice — but our editorial focus going forward is women’s natural wellness, grounded in disclosed sourcing rather than trend chasing.
What we cover
- Natural & organ supplements — research-based breakdowns of products like Primal Queen, including what the label discloses, what published research says about the ingredients, and what independent public reviews report.
- Hormones, cortisol & energy — perimenopause, menopause, and the everyday hormonal changes women commonly ask about, explained from authoritative health publications rather than asserted as our own medical findings.
- Beauty from within — collagen, hair, skin, and nails, and what the evidence says about supplementing for them.
- Wellness lifestyle & self-care — routines and habits for everyday self-care, including the motherhood/postpartum season, researched and written for a general audience.
- Spiritual wellness & mindfulness — our original angel-numbers and spiritual-meaning content, kept and reframed as one part of whole-person wellness, not the whole site.
Who writes this
Vixxenn’s content is written and edited by Alyssa Ferree. Alyssa is the editor and writer behind Vixxenn’s wellness coverage — she is not a doctor, registered dietitian, or other licensed health professional, and Vixxenn’s content should not be treated as medical advice or a substitute for one.
No medical reviewer currently sits on Vixxenn’s editorial team. Our highest-stakes health topics — hormones, menopause, pregnancy, and postpartum — are written carefully, sourced to authoritative research and health publications, kept limited in scope, and will note plainly when a topic isn’t covered until qualified medical review is in place. If that changes, reviewed posts will be marked “Medically reviewed by” with a link to the reviewer’s real credentials — see our Editorial Policy for the current, factual state of that policy.
You can read more about how we research and evaluate content on our Editorial Policy page.
How we research and evaluate
When we cover a supplement or wellness topic, we read the label, check the ingredient research against authoritative sources, and read through publicly available reviews to see what a broad pattern of other people report. We tell you what the evidence shows, including when it’s mixed, thin, or doesn’t support the marketing — an honest “the evidence here is weak” is part of the deal. This is research and analysis, not first-hand product testing. See our Editorial Policy for the full methodology.
Affiliate transparency
Some of the products we cover pay us a commission if you buy through our link, at no extra cost to you. We disclose this on every post where it applies. Our ratings reflect the sourced evidence and our disclosed methodology — not which products pay a commission. Full detail in our Editorial Policy.

A note on our name
Vixxenn started as “Vixxenn Numeric Nexus,” a numerology and angel-numbers site. We’re still at the same domain and still cover spiritual wellness, reframed as one part of a broader women’s-wellness publication — our homepage and navigation now reflect that wider focus.
